Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and supervise electrical crews for modular and on-site installations. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of tasks at client facilities or project sites.

The role requires 6+ years in electrical work with a HS degree or GED, willingness to travel up to 75%, and ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in electrical industry with a HS diploma or GED.
• 75% travel may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Assure high-quality installation and perform inspections.
• Keep drawings and shop drawings up to date.
• Submit daily hours and units for each crew member.
• Maintain inventory and control of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents within 24 hours.
• Ensure cleanup and orderly work areas at end of day.
