Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead crews, plan and schedule field work, and ensure high-quality installation of modular electrical systems at client facilities.

The role requires significant travel (up to 75%), meticulous QA/QC, and active participation in safety and documentation efforts. Applicants should have 6+ years in electrical work, an associated degree, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews for assigned work orders.
• Ensure work is installed to high-quality standards and conduct inspections.
• Assemble, test, and support installation of modular electrical systems at client sites.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and logs weekly.
• Submit daily hours/units and QC checklists as required.
