Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and schedule crews for electrical installations across mission-critical facilities. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, safety, and strict adherence to schedules and drawings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School Degree or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Organize Material by areas/floors and track inventories.
• Identify tools and equipment required for each crew and manage sign-in/out.
• Prepare information packages with contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, cut sheets, etc.
• Maintain daily time and unit reports for crews and foremen.
• Perform QC inspections and ensure high-quality installation standards.
• Update and log as-built drawings weekly on the master contract drawings.
• Inventory and secure all tools and equipment; submit weekly sheets.
• Report and investigate accidents/incidents within 24 hours.
• Ensure clean up and site safety at the end of each shift.
