Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a Highs School Degree or GED
• 4+ years of experience with an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Ensure work is installed to high-quality standards and perform QC inspections.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update master records weekly.
• Inventory tools and equipment; sign in/out; safeguard assets.
• Submit daily hours/units for each employee assigned to Foreman.
• Complete accident/incident reporting within 24 hours.
• Oversee site safety and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure cleanup and housekeeping at end of day.
