M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and schedule crews for electrical projects. The role emphasizes quality installations, safety compliance, and accurate reporting of hours, units, and field data.

The position requires extensive travel and practical oversight of crew performance, with a focus on maintaining detailed as-built drawings and equipment inventories. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School Degree or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an associate degree.
• 100% Travel Required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Ensure work is installed to high-quality standards and perform QC checks.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and task completion.
• Maintain as-built drawings and update master records weekly.
• Submit daily hours and units for each employee.
• Inspect and inventory tools and equipment daily.
• Prepare daily equipment inspection sheets.
• Complete accident/incident reporting within 24 hours.
