Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical industry experience with a high school degree or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work at heights up to 60 feet and climb ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts.
• Good hearing and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Material phasing: organize material by areas/floors and track inventories.
• Identify tools and equipment needed for each crew and sign in/out tools.
• Prepare information packages (drawings, schedules, cut sheets) for crew activities.
• Ensure breaks are managed and recorded to avoid lost time.
• Submit daily hours/units for each worker to the Foreman using the standard timesheet.
• Perform QC inspections and ensure high-quality installation of work.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update weekly in the master records.
• Inventory tools/equipment daily; report any loss, theft or damage.
• Review and sign AHA documents related to Foreman scope; store in gang box.
• Submit weekly safety/equipment inspection sheets for assigned gear.
• Report accidents/incidents within 24 hours and follow procedures.
