Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and supervise crews installing modular electrical systems at client facilities. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, perform QC checks, and maintain accurate as-built drawings while coordinating materials and tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a Highs School Degree or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an associate degree.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Material Phasing - Organize Material by specific areas/floors.
• Tools & Equipment - Identify all tools and equipment required to support each crew.
• Information Packages - Each crew activity must have information packages (contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, etc...).
• Keep control of breaks and hours.
• Daily hour/unit reports for their crews - Submit hours/units daily for each employee.
• Quality control inspections of work completed - Must follow QC plan & check lists.
• Responsible for installing the work in a professional manner and high-quality standard.
• Maintaining accurate as built drawings - update weekly.
• Inventory of all tools & equipment at day’s end.
• Lost/Stolen/Damage tool report.
• AHA's - review and sign by each crew member.
• Support Equipment Inspection - submit daily inspection sheets weekly.
• Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation - within 24 hours.
• Clean Up - tidy work areas daily.
