Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a pediatric outpatient setting. Candidates need 1+ year of experience and proficiency in pediatric and fetal echocardiograms. Outpatient role with day shifts and on-call winter holiday coverage. Philips equipment and Epic system experience preferred.

Open to first-time travelers and local candidates at the same rate; BLS certification and ARDMS/CCI credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Pediatric echocardiograms and fetal echocardiograms experience preferred
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms and fetal echocardiograms in an outpatient setting
• Day shift: 5x8 hour shifts 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Operate Philips equipment for imaging
• Epic charting system preferred
• Provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a pediatric outpatient setting requiring 1+ year of experience and proficiency in pediatric and fetal echocardiograms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• ARDMS RDCS FE, ARDMS RDCS PE, or CCI RCCS preferred
• License required if applicable
• Must be proficient in pediatric echocardiograms
• Pediatric experience required
• Fetal echocardiography experience highly preferred
• Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Pediatric outpatient setting performing echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Uses Philips equipment
• Epic charting system preferred
• Must work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Black scrubs required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
