• GE equipment used for pediatric echo, M-Mode, and portable studies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience required, including neonate echo
• ARDMS or CCI certification required
• NM license required (pending NM license may be accepted, must be obtained prior to start); license required if applicable
• Experience with adult and pediatric patient populations
• Preferred skills include adult acute care, emergency department, ICU, pediatric acute care, and TEE

Responsibilities

• Pediatric echo department serving neonate through pediatric patient populations
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• No scheduled float or weekend shifts, but participates in weekend and evening call rotation with full-time staff
• GE equipment used for pediatric echo, M-Mode, and portable studies
• First-time travelers accepted for this unit
• Must live outside a 50 mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Former staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Brief orientation provided for any required floating to like units within scope
