Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years of cardiac sonography experience for a noninvasive cardiology unit. The role involves pediatric imaging in a dedicated unit with a Monday–Friday day schedule and potential 4x10 shifts.

Expect no on-call duties or weekend work, with floating to related areas and a strict facility policy on nicotine, drug screening, and flu vaccination.

Qualifications

• Cardiac sonography experience focused on pediatric patients.
• ARDMS certification and BLS are required.
• State license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform noninvasive pediatric cardiac sonography in a cardiology unit.
• Day shift Monday through Friday; 8 or 10 hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
• Possible 4x10 hour shifts with varying days off; no call and no weekends.
• Floating to related areas and scrubs of any color permitted.
• Facility is nicotine-free; drug screen and flu vaccine may be required.
