American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer in the Boston area. The role requires 2+ years of pediatric echocardiography experience and RDCS-PE certification. You will work in outpatient pediatrics with coverage for inpatient, ED, and NICU as needed.

The schedule is a 36-hour week with no weekends, major holidays, or on-call, and an average of 10 patients per shift. ARDMS RDCS-PE and BLS are required; fetal echo experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric echocardiography experience.
• ARDMS RDCS-PE and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and manage data uploads.
• Fetal echocardiography experience preferred.
• Massachusetts license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Cover outpatient pediatric department including inpatient, ED, and NICU as needed.
• Work 36-hour week: Mon Tue Fri 10h, Wed 6h, Thu off; no weekends or on-call.
• Maintain an average patient ratio of 10 per shift.
• Perform pediatric echocardiography across units as needed.
• Utilize Epic Hyperspace with Cadence Scheduling.

• Fetal echocardiography experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Outpatient pediatric department covering inpatient, ED, and NICU as needed
• 36-hour work week with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 10 hours, Wednesday at 6 hours, and Thursday off
• No weekend, major holiday, or on-call requirements
• Average patient ratio of 10 per shift
• Uses Epic Hyperspace with Cadence Scheduling
• Performs pediatric echocardiography with coverage of inpatient, ED, and NICU areas as needed
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible for the local rate
