This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project, client, or account management, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 5+ years in project/client/account management or customer service.
• Need to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sr. Manager of Operations Support and Director to implement systems and process improvements.
• Monitor productivity goals per office and follow up on special projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Provide training and Train-the-Trainer for Operational Systems.
• Support business development with strategy and client relationship initiatives.
• Assist new business sales to grow market share and profitability.
• Lead continuous service improvement programs for MSS clients.
• Contribute to strategic planning processes with input from operations.
• Design client-specific strategies in collaboration with teams.
• Participate in short-term engagements to deliver service solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve special situations to retain clients.
• Plan and execute new client implementations and other projects.
