Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in operations, field leadership, training, logistics, installation, moving, or a related industry.
• Experience developing frontline leaders and delivering training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.
• Must be comfortable working in the field and spending significant time at operational locations and job sites.

This position will focus on developing frontline leaders, improving field execution, supporting major projects, and helping ensure consistent operational standards across the organization.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, solving problems, and stepping into challenging situations. Travel and frequent on‑site presence are required.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Development

• Train, coach, and mentor frontline supervisors and team leaders on staffing, scheduling, project planning, time management, and decision‑making.
• Provide hands‑on coaching in the field and develop plans to address performance and skill gaps.

Operational Improvement

• Support new location launches, process improvements, and integration of new teams or operations.
• Evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with local leadership to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and process reviews.

Field Leadership

• Travel regularly to support multiple locations and projects, including occasional overnight stays.
• Quickly assess operational issues and make sound decisions in high‑pressure situations.
• Build strong relationships with local leadership and frontline employees.
• Communicate operational trends, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
