NPSG is seeking a Project Manager II for a 100% travel assignment across various field sites in the United States. This developmental role progresses toward a PM3, overseeing small projects and coaching team members while coordinating with management and clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project leadership in intralogistics or related sectors, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and resources with safety compliance in mind.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years managing projects and teams in intralogistics or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Budget management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work in field-based environments.
• OSHA 10 certification or safety knowledge is a plus.

• Monitor project metrics against scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
• Coordinate resources with HR and agencies.
