Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the ticketing desk and assist with ticketing and bags check-in procedures (manual or computer).
• Use a laptop to issue, print, and re-issue tickets.
• Verify travel documentation and ensure customers have proper travel documents.
• Tag bags and handle lifting duties; shift luggage from scales to conveyor belts and lift items from floor level to waist.
• Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes.
• When assigned as a Gate Agent, use computers to help clients with seat availability, gate announcements, boarding, baggage management, and flight status.
• Prepare the gate area before arrival; open, close and secure aircraft doors.
