Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to lift 50kg (110lbs) regularly and occasional lifts up to 70lbs (161lbs).
• U.S. work authorization.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Flexibile to work fixed or rotating shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Vaccinated or willing to receive COVID-19 vaccination as required.
• Respect for diversity and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Sell, print, and reissue tickets using computer systems.
• Assist customers with ticketing and baggage procedures.
• Tag bags and transfer baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling items up to waist level.
• Maintain safety and security awareness in all operational tasks.
• Act as gate agent: guide customers to boarding areas, manage seat availability, gate boarding, and assist with luggage.
• Operate jet methods prior to aircraft arrival and handle aircraft door operations.
• Conduct continuous public area patrolling and handle inquiries about travel information.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
• Stand for extended periods as required.
