Formación

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a customer support agent, assisting passengers with ticketing and baggage check-in.
• Greet customers and assist with ticketing and baggage procedures.
• Use systems to issue, print, and reissue tickets and verify passenger documentation.
• Assist with seat availability, gate announcements, boarding procedures, and baggage handling as a Gate Agent.
• Operate equipment to secure aircraft doors and prepare aircraft for departure.
