Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Minimum age 18.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to lift 50kg (110lb) routinely and 70kg (154lb) occasionally.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and a PAT.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to receive the COVID‑19 vaccine if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for passengers, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check‑in procedures, including selling, printing, and re‑issuing tickets.
• Verify passenger documentation and ensure all travel documents are in order.
• Tag baggage, lift and transfer baggage from scales to conveyor belts, and perform other necessary loading tasks.
• Help passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers.
• Operate computer systems to manage seat availability, flight status, gate announcements, and boarding procedures.
• Perform gate operations, including opening, securing, and closing plane doors as required.
• Maintain a high level of safety and security in all activities.
