Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English and Italian fluently, both spoken and written.
• Delta will not sponsor candidates for this position.
• Must be willing to work scheduled shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Typing a minimum of 30 words per minute to use the agent's computer package.
