Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation on its campus near Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and to provide support when plans go as expected.

You will manage hotel reservations, air and ground transportation for our staff of over 14,000, and assist with reception duties for customers. Epic offers relocation assistance and opportunities to grow with a fast-moving tech leader.

Qualifications

• Available to work 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with shift differential.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to self-manage and creatively problem solve.
• Have a customer-service mindset.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
