Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation on its campus just outside Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers, including hotel, air, and ground transportation, and to provide support when travel plans don\'t go as expected. The role requires relocation to the area and includes some reception duties for customers.

It operates on a 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with shift differential, and Epic offers relocation assistance and comprehensive

Qualifications

Available to work 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with shift differential.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
Ability to self-manage and creatively problem solve.
Have a customer-service mindset.
Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and provide support when travel plans don\'t go as expected.
Manage all aspects of corporate travel—including hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for our staff of over 14,000.
Provide reception support to customers as part of travel services.
