Epic Systems Corporation—based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance—seeks a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel for employees visiting customers and assist when plans change. You will handle hotel, air, and ground transportation for a staff of 14,000 and also assist with some reception duties.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and provide support when plans don’t go as expected.
• Manage all aspects of corporate travel, including hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for staff.
• Travel Counselors also support customers through reception duties.
