Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Plymouth, MN seeks a Project Manager for Construction Technologies. This travel role manages multiple projects from design to closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in construction PM, strong PM skills, and a solid understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations. Travel is required; a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, or related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Knowledge of project life cycle and PM tools/techniques.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project from planning to closeout.
• Prepares and manages project documents, schedules, cost codes, and reports.
• Secures subcontractors, permits, and procurement; negotiates with vendors.
• Conducts job site inspections and safety audits; ensures QA/QC.
• Provides direction to foremen and design staff to meet productivity goals.
