ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Construction Technologies for a national travel assignment. You will lead multiple projects from start to finish, including proposals, design, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction while coordinating with field operations and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project to achieve high-quality results and productivity.
• Prepares and manages project documents, schedules, invoices and change orders.
• Secures subcontractors and procures materials, negotiating pricing and availability.
• Leads job start-up meetings and participates in project update meetings to monitor scope and schedules.
• Ensures safety programs and OSHA requirements are followed.
