Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a nationwide travel role based on a project site. You will manage multiple projects from proposal through closeout, coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a PM background in electrical/low voltage systems, strong scheduling, budgeting, and client communication skills, and is willing to travel to project sites as needed. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years PM experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy) may be required.
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, estimating, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications; strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and/or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project, including plans, bids, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Maintains project documents, status reports, invoices, change orders, and warranties.
• Procures materials, negotiates with vendors, and manages subcontractors per contract terms.
• Leads job start-up meetings and coordinates with field operations and design staff.
• Conducts site inspections, safety audits, and enforces company QA/QC and safety standards.
