You will learn systems and supplier procedures, research options, and guide clients from inquiry to post-reservation follow-up.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Stay informed about destination information, supplier policies, promotions, and requirements.
• Provide ongoing customer support before and after reservations are completed.
