TravelCenters of America is seeking a Store Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with operations and marketing for the Travel Store/Convenience Store. You will staff, train and develop the team, supervise daily activities and focus on improving profitability while delivering fast, friendly service to travelers.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong communication skills, able to recruit, coach and manage staff, and adapt to flexible hours including nights, weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in convenience store or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
