TravelCenters of America is seeking a Store Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in operations and marketing for the Travel Store/Convenience Store. You will staff, train and develop the team, supervise staff, and help improve profitability while ensuring customer service and store standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to drive growth in a fast-paced travel center environment across the network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center or related industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS software understanding.
