Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Store Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in operations and marketing for the Travel Store/Convenience Store. You will staff, train and supervise the team while focusing on profitability and customer experience.

Supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to meet company performance standards.

Help achieve financial objectives through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes.
