Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities. You will generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales and profit goals, and customer satisfaction.

The role includes building, coaching, and developing teams, driving sales, and performing P&L analysis while maintaining excellent guest experiences. A flexible schedule across nights, days, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with financial responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume teams with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities
