Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center retail facilities and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for crafting and executing business plans to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, and develop teams, conduct meetings, drive sales, manage staff, and perform P&L analysis while maintaining a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with financial responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
