Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

The Retail Assistant Manager will also be: building, coaching, managing and developing teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint, driving sales, managing team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with responsibility for financial results.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume retail facilities and execute travel center/restaurant business plans.
• Drive sales, manage team members, and track inventory to meet targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform P&L analysis.
• Build, coach, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training.
