Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume travel center facilities. You will lead store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while implementing business plans to meet standards and profit targets.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, conducting meetings, performing P&L analysis, and maintaining a customer-focused culture with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
