Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to hit sales, profit and customer-satisfaction targets while maintaining operational standards.

You will lead and develop teams, manage schedules, training, and vendor relations, drive sales, track inventory, and perform P&L analysis. Flexible nights, days, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
