Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and restaurants. You will drive sales, manage teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

The role includes leading staffing, coaching and training, and conducting P&L analysis to hit sales and profit targets, while maintaining a customer-focused culture and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• 2–3 years of management experience in retail/restaurant/service with responsibility for financial results

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and manage team members.
• Conduct meetings with subordinate employees.
• Perform P&L analysis and oversight of store operations.
