Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center retail facilities and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction targets.

The role requires coaching and developing teams, staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, plus P&L analysis, with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
