Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee its high-volume retail facilities. You will develop and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction goals.

You will lead, coach, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training perspectives, while driving sales and ensuring strong customer service. The role requires flexibility across nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
