Role involves using club technology for quotes and reservations, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting cross-sell opportunities across departments. Weekend and event coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associates preferred.
• 4–6 years in travel agency or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations; strong time management.
• Proficient with computer systems used for travel requests and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services to members and non-members.
• Handle quotes, bookings, and documentation; manage cross-sell opportunities.
• Advise on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip advisory information.
• Maintain confidentiality of client/member information per laws and policies.
• Track transactions with accuracy and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide leads to other departments.
