Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Travel Consultant to sell travel products, advise clients on requirements, and process bookings for members and non-members. You will manage leads, maintain records, and strive to meet sales goals while delivering high-quality service.

The role emphasizes confidentiality and accuracy across all transactions. Strong knowledge of club systems and travel tools is required, with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and attend occasional offsite events.

Qualifications

• High School GED required
• Associates preferred
• 4–6 years travel agency or sales experience
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Internet access
• Knowledge of Club systems: TSTApollo, Viewpoint, and travel vendor sites

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services
• Advise clients on travel requirements and protection plans
• Handle outbound calls to support sales goals
• Maintain confidentiality of client/member information
• Process travel requests and issue bookings with accuracy
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide excellent service
