Auto Club Enterprises Travel Consultants sell travel products to members and non-members while meeting sales goals and delivering high-quality service. The role involves outbound calls, educating clients on travel options, and maintaining confidentiality of client information per policies.

You'll work with a range of travel products, maintain system knowledge, and actively participate in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize member value.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Analytical and time-management abilities are needed to manage multiple travel requests.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to clients and staff.

Mansioni

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip information.
• Process quotes, bookings, and documentation accurately in club systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Preferred Supplier programs and cross-sell goals.
• Handle ticketing for airlines, cruises, and rail, and track transactions.
