Auto Club Of Southern Calif seeks a Travel Advisor EC to sell travel products and provide entitlements services to members and non-members. You will educate clients on travel options, manage quotes, and support sales goals while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.

The role requires handling multiple transactions, outbound calls as needed, and contributing to club’s social media programs. Prior travel sales and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• High School GED required or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 4–6 years travel agency or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Club operating areas and travel products is desirable.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills required.
• Familiarity with computer systems used to fulfill travel requests.

Mansioni

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services.
• Enter quotes and manage leads using club technology.
• Advise clients on travel requirements and options.
• Issue air, car, hotel, rail reservations and tickets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and communications.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during member interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information according to laws and policies.
