Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Advisor to sell travel products to members and non-members, while meeting sales goals and delivering high service quality. The role involves outbound calls, cross-selling, and handling multiple transactions with strict confidentiality in line with Federal/State laws and club policies.

You will maintain expertise on travel products, compare supplier rates, and provide air, car, hotel, and rail reservations.

Qualifications

• GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Proven track record in travel sales.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems used to fulfill travel requests.

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services; enter quotes and manage bookings.
• Track and document all transactions with required supporting documentation; maintain confidentiality.
