Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our travel services team. You will sell international and domestic travel packages, cruises, land itineraries, air, car and hotel bookings while leveraging member relationships to build repeat business.

Ideal candidates have a strong sales drive, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Availability on Saturdays and some evenings is expected; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• 2 years of successful retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency background preferred.
• Willing to work most Saturdays and some evenings to support goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air, car, and hotel.
• Develop long-standing relationships with AAA members and build referral and repeat business.
• Make recommendations to tailor trips to member expectations and cross-sell relevant products.
