Job summary

Stryker in Plano, TX is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative who thrives in high-stakes environments. You will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident trauma expert and driving sales of Stryker Trauma products in operating rooms and emergency departments.

This role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits. An on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required to support trauma cases as they arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products or services, marketing strategy and sales tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.
• Adhere to compliance and privacy, ethics, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert for the customer base.
• Support operating room and emergency department consultations.
• Maintain inventory and provide product training and advice.
• Build and maintain relationships to grow the territory.
