Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Frisco, Texas, to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role requires living the mission and thriving on intense environments, with on-call nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases.

You will become the resident trauma expert, organizing materials, maintaining inventory, and delivering training and product demonstrations while building relationships with hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide training and advice.
• Organize materials and quickly propose solutions during operating room consultations.
• Maintain inventory and assist customers as needed.
