Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Addison, TX. You will act as the resident trauma expert, engaging surgeons and healthcare professionals with Stryker Trauma products and solutions during operating room and emergency consultations.

The role requires a high-energy, committed approach to trauma sales, with a focus on live product demonstrations, relationship building with hospitals, and meeting on-call demands. This position is commission-based with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategy, product demos and sales control systems
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases

Responsibilities

• Become the trauma product expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Sell Stryker Trauma products to a sophisticated audience and support operating room consultations
• Manage inventory of products and provide timely product and training guidance to customers
• Attend sales and professional association meetings as required
