Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to become the resident trauma expert, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals to meet customer needs and improve patient outcomes. You will manage inventory, craft solutions, and stay informed about competitors’ offerings while training customers on products and tools used to save lives.

This role requires a results-driven mindset, ability to operate in fast-paced OR environments, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products/services, including strategy, demos, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office tech.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours when needed.
• Adherence to compliance and ethics (AdvaMed) and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to meet customer needs, becoming the resident trauma expert.
• Maintain materials and inventory, and assist customers as needed.
• Provide product and tool training, and stay informed about competitors’ offerings.
