Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to engage surgeons and healthcare professionals with trauma products. You will be the resident expert, organizing materials and providing rapid solutions during operating room and emergency room consultations.

You will build strong relationships, demonstrate products, and stay informed about competitors while aligning with compliance standards. The role offers strong incentive compensation with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in healthcare or sales
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategy, product demos, sales techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office/databases
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Willing to participate in meetings outside regular hours
• Adheres to AdvaMed compliance and ethics standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Be the resident trauma expert for customers
• Demonstrate products and provide training
• Maintain inventory and organize materials for operating room discussions
