Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in the United States. This role is focused on selling trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident trauma expert, and delivering training on products and tools.

The position requires handling high-pressure environments in operating rooms and emergencies, managing inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships. It is 100% commission-based with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, demonstrations, and strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals is beneficial.
• Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.
• Must comply with privacy, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as the resident trauma expert and trainer on products and tools.
• Manage product inventory and materials for customer consultations and operating rooms.
• Provide credible guidance and competitive insights to customers.
• Support lives impacted through trauma product solutions and services.
