Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling principles and methods, including marketing strategy, product demonstrations and sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.
• 100% commission role with bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert for a sophisticated clinical audience.
• Manage inventory and assist customers as needed in operating room settings.
• Provide product training and advice to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular hours.
